My washer dryer will not drain or spin. I have emptied the water from the bottom of the machine but it is still not working. Any help or suggestions?

0 I have had a look at the manual. Checked the drain hose is clear & not bent. This has never happened before. When the was cycle finished and goes to spin all the lights flash and the door unlocks
