My hotpoint machine will wash as normal but when it starts to spin it slows don't and won't spin anymore and the door locked, wash and spin light stays red, I have pressed cancel and turned off the main plug but it does not reset and I cannot open the door at all can you help it is a wt540 Aquarius model
