Ive got a Hotpoint WDM73 washer/dryer. Its had a very stagnant smell coming out of the drum for a few days. It doesnt have a filter to change, and my husband has checked the connections to the water pipes and all seems fine. Ive also run a calgon tablet through. Ive done 2 loads of washing today and they both smelt of stagnant water. Does anyone have any suggestions for what else we can do? Is there another part of the washing machine we should check? Thanks
