Question About Hotpoint Washer/Dryer AQGMD149
How do I clean the pump on an Aqualtis...

I cannot remove the screw to clean the pump out. It turns a quarter and then gets stuck. Any help appreciated. Manual says just unscrew it but mine seems to need lining up before it pops out and there is nothing to line up.
