for some reason our washer, with this model number is listed as a washer / drier but ours is only the washer.(6 yrs old) The problem is when the programme calls for a wash the powder, in its compartment, is not taken, it ends up in a `soggy ball' Iv'e checked the filters in the inlet and they are ok. I think it is one of the motorized valves off the cold inlet that is the problem, but how do I check these out? any help appreciated Paul C sancull@fsmail.net
