Hotpoint aqualtis won't turn on at all First it had rapid flashing lights and wouldn't complete the programme now it will not turn on at all I've changed the fuse and tried different plugs Is this a safety feature on the machine when there's a fault

0 I've checked the troubleshooting page in the manual , it is not the fuse and I've tried different plug sockets I was having to manually empty the filter for it to complete a cycle properly so could it be a blocked filter, an not turning on now as a safety feature
