Hello my drum paddle came off in the washing machine, and my jumper came out with a large hole in it, i have replaced the drum paddle but the machine is not emptying properly and water even comes out the part where you put the powder in when it spins, the machine will empty about 90 % of it water, have you any ideas how to remove any wool that could be blocking this as my manual does not help, at this stage i have turned it off and removed the back bottom cover, hoping you can help, Chris
