Question About Hotpoint Washer/Dryer None
Flashing lights...

On power up stsrt stop button light is normal. After selecting programme and pressing start the 'drying high temp button light flashes every second and th on/off twice as fast. Door locks and pump runs but nothing else.

5 put the machine on a spin programe while power is OFF the power on and press start and let me know what it does alternative call me on 07772359216 and I will help to to try and sort it out kind reguards carl

0 Thanks Carl. The tip to turn power off at the socket works. Previously I had only turned the power off on the touch button with no effect. I pulled the plug for about an hour and then re connected. The machine then fired up correctly.

0 If your machine does not display an error code. Try isolating electrics, remove bottom back panel, and check the outlet ball filter in the bottom right black convolute hose. This can have money, bra pads etc blocking the outlet. Did the trick with my WD440P.
