Question About Hotpoint Washer/Dryer WD860
F-11 error code...

F11 comes up near the end of the wash. Hotpoint website says this is related to freezing ambient temp or poor water supply - it isn't freezing and I've removed, checked & reinstalled all pipes, fitted a new drain pump, turned up water pressure - didn't find any faults or possible causes. Any suggestions?
