Question About Hotpoint Washer None
won't agitate...

My washer will not agitate. As soon as I load anything, all it does is makes a weak noise. When the spin cycle comes, it spins just fine. I'm a single mom hoping to be able to do this myself. What's the most logical solution here? Thanks for your help!
