When the drumj is turning, spinning in particular, it is making a loud clunking noise. My husband thought it was a spring and after taking the top off we saw a broken spring and replaced. However the next wash the noise was the same. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated as I am a pensioner and cannot afford a call out fee and perhaps made up faults. Thank you.
