Question About Hotpoint Washer Ultima LCD
Water leaking from washing powder area...

When on a rinse & spin cycle of any program, the dirty water apears not be draining out of the drum/machine but comes out of the drawer where the washing powder/fabric softener is added. I can't seem to be able to take the top/back off the machine to identify the source of the problem.
