Question About Hotpoint Washer None
spinning but not draining...

My washer is spinning but not draining, after several attempts it does eventually drain.

0 In the back of my washer there is a plastic piece between two hoses, i can't seem to get the hose off the plastic without cutting the hose, is there something to help remove the hose.
