0 I have a VBSR3100 Hotpoint washing machine. Last night, the washing machine stalled in the middle of a wash and I smelled a burning smell. I unplugged the machine and left the water in the base of the unit. The unit is about 3.5 years old. Not sure if it is the motor, or the lid switch, or something else. Thanks.
