My ultima WMD960 had an error code F12 flashing when I trie to use it so I checked online and unpluged it for 5 minutes then plugged back in. After about 30 seconds it came back on but this time had a error F09 flashing so I checked online again but now its gone back to error F12. it is about 3 years old any help please?
