my hotpoint bhwm129 was halfway through a wash and just stopped turning but carried on making a noise. tried to drain, rinse etc and nothings happening it just makes a noise. have tried turning off at the mains but all the lights just flash after trying to start again. How can i empty it please and have you any idea what might bethe problem? thank you
