my 3 yr old hotpoint wm0960 p washer drum has stop...

my 3 yr old hotpoint wm0960 p washer drum has stopped working, it wont pump water out either can anyone tell me whats wrong with this washing machine pls? managed to manually open the door and drag out soggy washing.
