4 just fixed mine. mine was showing test and a prewash. so press start keep pressed until all dig screen shows all programmes.when it goes off machine shud show ; ON. then press in and hold for few seconds ON/OFF/START/CANCEL buttons together and machine will show ; doff. it shud clear and you can use machine again.
