Just bought an Aquarius WML520 and the wash programmes have failed to rinse and spin, all they do is wash, for hours, until I am fed up waiting and I pause, pump water out then spin. I have phoned the seller who says my outflow pipe must be less than 6 inches in the outflow. I have tried moving the outflow higher into the pipe, but this makes no difference. Can you advise the correct height for the outflow pipe and how far to put the hose in? If this is indeed the answer.
