I have Aquarius WMF740 , the door doesn't look, flushing MSG 'door' is on display. How can I fix it

1 the door won't lock & displays a flashing door message on the panel, the door seems to be secured but the "locked" sound doesn't happen when the cycle tries to start. Any help much appreciated
