I am staying at my parents house whilst they are on holiday and have put on a load of washing in their hotpoint top loader. The machine seems to be working but when the cycle has finished the drum has not spun round so that I can open it and no matter what I do I cant get this to turn round correctly. I now have a load of washing in the machine which I can not get out. Please help
