Question About Hotpoint Washer WM54

It takes about an hour to fill when set for any programme above 40 degrees. It didn't use to do this! It does eventually wash as normal after this delay. Also strange 'twanging' noise when it starts up a spin

5 the noise beens the buffer springs and flim flam screws are loose
