Question About Hotpoint Washer WF640
F-04 error message...

Our machine has just started stopping at the rinse and spin cycle and is having trouble draining. It eventually rinse and spins but after much coaxing and most of the water ends up on the floor coming out the soap drawer rather than the waste pipe. help!!
