Question About Hotpoint Clothes Dryer CTD40
water not collecting...

when in use - not all of the water is collecting in the drawer - it is in bottom of machine and is leaking out. i have cleaned filters etc. It appears to be drying everything ok though. Only had it 18ths!! Any ideas

0 I have the same problem and believe that either a hose has disconnected or the pump is dead, only problem is I can't figure out how to get at the insides of the machine to take a look.

0 Hi - how did get resolved for you both? We have this dryer too and I've just noticed water leaking from the bottom of it. Thanks for your help.
