Question About Hotpoint Clothes Dryer TCM570
red light stays on dryer...

I bought a hotpoint condenser dryer tcm570 about 2 years ago. In the past 3 months the red light stays on, but no water in draw. and clothes wont dry. yet if i tip machine gently to the side and shake it the red light goes off and clothes will dry....any advice
