hoover 750ld washing machine runs well through all cycles but today when going through a normal wash cycle washing machine didn't spin, it drained normally and l have tried master reset procedure (unplugging from power source for 1 minute then plugging back in and opening/shutting lid 6-8 times within 15 seconds and running through normal cycle with empty load) l have used multimeter to test continuity then l got a slow spin but not normal spin speed and random spinning action as in it will spin slowly then no spin l at a loss could it be simply poor belt condition ?
