is the washer supposed to spin at all times? mine doesn't and i have it level as best as i can. it will spin for a few seconds then stop, then a second or two later it starts again and so on during all cycles. the final cycle it spins longer than the others though. this is my first time owning a washing machine so i have no clue as to what is normal.
