I bought my Hailr washing machine in July 2013. I used it approximately 6 times when it stopped draining and ultimately completely refused to do anything. I worked out, via the error message, that the filter needed emptying. I drained the water off (which took 1 1/2 hours!!) and it worked!! However, since then I have to empty the filter after every 1-2 washes - is this normal?
