Question About GE Washer/Dryer WSM2700

Do I need a louvered door for the washer/dryer installed in a closet when I have a motorized exhaut (6" diam.) and 1" undercut at the door? Also, I see in your latest installation instruction manual that a 120 sq. inch. requirement. Is it a new requirement, my install is from July 2005? Thank you.
