I am vacationing in a condo in Playa del Carmen (Mexico). Using the washer, we found out that wather was entering while spinning. Then there was little water on the floor. I stopped the cycle. Then the water entered the washing machine without stopping. I had to close the cold water valve. Now the control does not respond. What could be the problem?. Is there a service company in Playa del Carmen, Mexico that we could contact.
