My profile washer is displaying this fault code, the repair sheet behind the panel indicates it is for "excessive brake time". Before I call for service I want to know if it is simply a matter of resetting the code, such as if the washer was overloaded at the time. I don't want to have a service person come out simply to press a few buttons and reset the code. Thank you.
