Question About GE Washer/Dryer BYCWD6274W3

I am facing a problem in programing the above washing machine. After i gave for service I lost the front pannel( which is on the top of the 4 push button switch) which has mention about the programe details. Now i can't use the machine. I would appreciate if you could send me the progam guide or the front pannel details. thx hari
