NEED TO KNOW SELECTOR KNOW SYMBOLS MEANING...

Hi, My name is Milagros and I bought the GE WSM 2420 washer/dryer. I need help because I dont know what the symbols of the cycle selector knob means.For example, if I want to wash with the regular cycle where should I start? Thanks and regards, Milagros
