My husband placed a load of wash in our GE Washer,...

My husband placed a load of wash in our GE Washer, Model #WCSE4160; however whe the wash was completed and he went to remove the wash we can still hear that there is water in the wash. Can you tell us what we would need to do to remove the water or do we need to call for service? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Vittoria
