GE washer M#GTUP270EMOWW starts to fill, pump comes on for a few seconds to drain, shuts off and fills a little more and pump comes on again doing this for some time. Tub only fills to about 4 to 6 inch's. Also agitates a little. Then goes into the agitation cycle but not enough water. I've taked a main power board out of a properly working machine and installed. still does same thing
