Agitation not working...

I have a GEANCD2050A2WC washer for 5 years. Recently the agitator stopped working. IT FILLS WITH WATER AND SPINS. wHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH IT. PLEASE CALL ME AT (214)335-9446
