Question About GE Washer WCSE4160B1WW
Will not agitate...

When the machine is expected to agitate, a cyclic sound is heard, but it must be coming from behind the tub, since you can see the motor and it's NOT rotating. I'd like an exploded view of the washer or a clue as to what's wrong and what's the corrective action.
