Question About GE Washer None
Washer motor flashes 6 times...

Washer fills, then does not agitate or spin, then drains, then fills to rinse, does not agitate or spin, then drains. Little light in motor flashes 6 times. Paper says "6 Flashes Rotor Stop". Machine 13 months old. Do I need new motor? Everything turns freeley by hand.
