packing nuts...

front loader, just bought this at Sams and had no manual.. seems to be vibrating a lot in spin cycle checked with level appears to be ok... HELP PLEASE, ARE THERE ANY PACKING NUT S THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED AND WHERE
