Question About GE Washer WBSE2090
loud thumping noise...

I have a wjse311o and just after the wash cycle and before the 1st spin cycle it makes a loud thumping noise, the lights flicker in my house, it eventually stops and moves on and completes. I see this problem all over the internet but see no solution. can someone please help me so the repair man will not screw me. thanks. dgregman@yahoo.com
