Last used, sounded like off balanced but then was ...

Last used, sounded like off balanced but then was ok...finished load? Won't turn on. Wash light on...Wash/spin lights blinking. Unit is off. Tried unplug waited 1 min, lifted lid 12xs, still nothing. Not even 1 year old! Help!
