Question About GE Washer EWA4500
Just bought a GE hydro washer from an outlet store...

Just bought a GE hydro washer from an outlet store does not have a manual, does the water fill up to the top or half way and do those holes all around the tub spray water while the clothes are washing. not sure how this washer is suppose to work
