I have a HydroWave washer and need help. I found a page online to see how to fix the washer, but cannot figure out how to remove the cycle knob. The other two knobs came right off. That one does not feel like it pulls out as the pull stops the cycle from continuing. My washer just keeps beeping mid cycle.
