Question About GE Clothes Dryer None
Noisy Drum...

My dryer has developed a loud, rythmic banging noise when the drum turns. I believe the drum is either loose, misaligned, or both. The machine is only one year old, so I do not think the bearings are worn. How to remedy/repair?

0 Oh I would love to know how to fix this... This dryer is going to be the death of me!!! It has been a piece of garbage since day 1!!! I am done with GE products as they have been no help in resolving any of these issues...

0 The problem with the dryer is a felt gasket in between the drum and the cabinet front. It works loose and needs replaced.
