Drum will not spin and when the spring loaded starter switch is turned, an electric hum can be heard and stops when the switch is released. For months I have heard klicking sounds inside the machine (like a liberated screw) but ingnored the sound since the machine continued to work. I can spin the drum from inside the dryer, so the drum isn't locked up. Could it be a simple matter of broken drive belt? How do I access the inside of the machine? Is there a trick (eg; front panel releases somehow or the top pops up or something else)? Any help would be appreciated.
