the cage that goes on the front of the motor is loose. there are two retaining clips that came off the front and the fan shifted foward. Not sure how these clips go back into place ( is it one on one side of the fan and one on the other). Right now they are both on the same side and they bolt together but when everything is tight the fan shifts foward.
