The model number of our GE Electric Dryer is DWXR473ET3WW. However, the product type says it is a top load dryer. This dryer is a front load dryer not a top load dryer. I think one of the heating elements is burned out. The dryer does heat up but does not get very hot and it takes longer to dry on any setting including cotton. We checked the lint filter and it is clear. How do I access the heating elements?
