We were given a new GE dryer by some friends when they were transferred to another state. unfortunately there was no manual with it. We are unable to get it turned on. The lights blink but the dryer does not function. We noticed that there is a light that says " Control lock" could there be a child lock ont this which is keeping it from starting? If so , how do we turn this off? Help, the clothes are going to start piling up soon. Thanks
