0 Hello lvern, I am happy to assist you! I see that your post is listed under Frigidaire laundry center, FEX831CS0 and that your washer will not spin. Do the motor come on? If not, you may have possible wiring issues between the timer and the motor. Typically, a technician will find cut wires by the washer lid switch. If the motor is moving, but does not wash or spin, more than likely there is a failure in the transmission. There is a bar and bolt assembly that secures the inner tub to the transmission shaft that may be loose or broken that can cause the same scenario as well. Here you may need a professional to handle the repair or replacement of these parts. Best of luck - Chris
