0 Hello johnrlighting, thank you for your post! I see that you have a Frigidaire laundry center (FEX831FS1) and your washer does not agitate. There are several scenarios that could prevent the washer from agitating. You may have an issue with the timer preventing your washer from advancing to the agitate cycle, faulty door switch or motor. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair your appliance.
